As Assistant Store Manager in Oberhausen, you will support the store leadership team in full-time capacity, help deliver an outstanding shopping experience, and contribute to building a high-performing team. The role calls for a practical, hands-on mindset, strong organizational ability, and a genuine passion for fashion retail.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of store performance while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day commercial and operational activities with efficiency and structure.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team, set a strong example, and encourage ongoing learning and development.
• Strengthen customer relationships through creative thinking, active clienteling, and memorable service moments.
• Use all available omnichannel tools and technologies to help increase sales results.

What the role requires

• Solid retail sales and leadership experience, with a strong focus on targets and key performance indicators.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible approach, including the ability to handle fast-changing situations.
• Entrepreneurial and creative thinking, along with a strong interest in fashion and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills; English is an advantage.
