Business Development Associate

Role overview

Echofloat Technologies is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of its software services business and build connections with clients across India.

What you will do

• Identify new prospects and assess which leads are worth pursuing.
• Contact potential clients through phone calls, email, networking, and professional outreach platforms.
• Arrange client meetings and gather a clear understanding of their business needs.
• Help draft proposals and support the conversion of opportunities into closed business.
• Develop long-term client relationships and maintain regular communication.

Ideal profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach to work.
• Some familiarity with software services, websites, mobile apps, or related technology solutions is an advantage.
• Open to freshers and professionals at the early stage of their careers.

Compensation

The position offers a fixed pay of INR 15,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and a commission share on every successful project sourced by the candidate.

Work location

Visakhapatnam is preferred, with remote or hybrid arrangements possible for the right candidate.
