About the Role
Numerator is working to reshape how market research delivers value, with a focus on turning current market intelligence into future growth. The team supports major brands and retailers by analyzing consumer behavior and the factors that influence buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data according to the detailed instructions and category-specific rules provided for each assignment.
- Learn and apply the general guidelines that govern how different fields must be recorded for the assigned category group.
- Follow the rules that define what belongs in each category and how category data should be captured.
- Use the data entry platform efficiently to complete work tasks.
- Review your own work and check the work of other team members to catch, document, and fix mistakes promptly.
- Examine computer-based images to identify the pages or records that contain items needed for entry, based on client requirements.
- Continuously review project output to spot inaccuracies or missing information in work completed for individual client contracts.
- Keep refreshing and validating the knowledge needed to maintain a consistently strong standard of work.
Requirements
- You should hold a graduate degree or higher in any field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in reading and interpreting purchase receipts or prescriptions is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
- You must be comfortable working on a computer, including touch typing at 40+ WPM.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
- You should be highly accuracy-focused, proactive about finding mistakes, and willing to question anything that seems off.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and G Suite is expected.
- You need to perform well independently with limited supervision and also collaborate effectively in a team.
- Exposure to North American markets and the FMCG sector will be considered an advantage.
