Role Overview

As a Driver Ambassador, you will operate electric shuttles within a mapped service zone while also serving as a friendly community representative. In addition to driving, you will help passengers discover local highlights, share useful information about the area, and create a pleasant ride experience for residents and visitors alike.

Key Duties

• Transport community members and visitors safely and reliably within the service area.
• Greet riders warmly and help ensure each trip feels positive and comfortable.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and enjoyable service while maintaining strong customer care standards.
• Operate a range of electric vehicles, including GEMS, sedans, and vans, some of which may not have power steering.
• Keep vehicles clean and complete inspections before and after use.

Requirements

Applicants should have 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license. A strong interest in customer service and enthusiasm for promoting the local community are important. Comfort using an iPhone, GPS, and other apps is also needed. A chauffeur’s license or prior commercial driving experience is considered an advantage. Availability for nights and weekends is a plus, as is comfort working in different weather conditions throughout summer and winter. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Compliance with vehicle weight and height limits set by the manufacturer is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay is $15.00 per hour, plus tips. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage. Circuit also offers a fun and flexible work environment.
