Role overview
Pivotal Sec Plus is a major independent cash transport provider operating across the UK and Ireland. The business supports a wide range of customers, from retailers and local authorities to financial institutions, and places strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and secure service delivery.
The company invests in training so employees can work to high standards and handle cash and valuables in a professional, secure way. New drivers complete a 4-day residential course in Staffordshire, which leads to a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Cash and Valuables in Transit operations and an SIA licence; both are funded and supported by the employer.
Working pattern and pay
Pay is £13.37 per hour. Workdays vary from week to week, and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Key duties
- Operate 3.5-tonne vehicles to collect and deliver cash and valuables.
- Transport customer property safely and securely at all times.
- Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow all safety rules and internal procedures without exception.
- Provide consistently high standards of customer service.
- Work across different local, regional, and longer-distance routes, so each day may differ.

What the employer is looking for
- A dependable, accountable, and orderly approach to work.
- A full valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.

- Comfort working independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Benefits
- Hourly pay of £13.37.
