Entry-Level Graphic Designer

Role Overview

A creative and enthusiastic entry-level graphic designer is needed to support the team with a variety of visual content projects. The work will involve producing attractive designs for both digital and print use.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content such as social media graphics, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing assets.
• Apply core design principles, including layout, typography, and colour harmony, to produce polished visuals.
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or comparable software to prepare designs.
• Work within brand guidelines and follow provided creative instructions accurately.
• Maintain a strong eye for detail and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• Build skills over time and stay open to learning new design techniques and approaches.
• Support digital marketing and social media content needs when required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and colour combinations.
• Comfort with producing content for both online and print channels.
• Familiarity with common design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to work according to brand standards and design briefs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve creative skills.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content is beneficial.
• High school completion or an equivalent qualification is required.
• A diploma, certificate, or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related area is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
