About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on data visualization for a remote contract position. The role sits within a learning-focused environment where dense ideas need to be transformed into clear, engaging visuals that help people understand information quickly.

What You Will Do
- Convert instructional material into visual ideas and storyboard concepts.
- Create static visuals, infographics, and learning assets that communicate a message independently.
- Work closely with instructional designers to identify the most effective visual approach for each learning goal.
- Use AI tools as part of the design workflow to generate ideas, speed up production, and expand creative possibilities.
What You Need to Bring
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A solid grasp of composition, typography, and color principles.
- Hands-on experience building data visualizations such as charts, infographics, and diagrams that clarify information.
- Ability to identify the story behind data and translate it into visual form.
- Active interest in AI tools, including experimenting with them and integrating them into creative work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling several projects at once.

Hiring Process
