Role Summary

This full-time remote position is for a Head at Evagro for Food Industries S.A.E. The person in this role will steer key strategic initiatives, guide everyday operations, and help drive the company’s overall growth agenda. The position calls for ownership of business development priorities, people leadership, collaboration across functions, and consistent alignment with company objectives.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic planning and help translate business goals into action.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution across teams.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and expansion paths.
• Monitor team performance and strengthen accountability across the organization.
• Coordinate with different departments to keep workstreams aligned.
• Study market movements and use insights to guide decisions.
• Make sure quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Drive process improvements and encourage innovation in operations.

Required Background

• Strong capability in leadership, team supervision, and strategic direction.
• Experience with market research, business development, and growth planning.
• Working knowledge of food-industry regulations, quality systems, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in improving and managing operational workflows.
• Ability to lead innovation and work effectively across varied markets.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Background in the food sector or consumer goods space is preferred.
