Role Overview
Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a dependable housekeeper to help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming facility. This role calls for strong attention to detail, integrity, and a consistent focus on guest comfort and facility standards.
The main objective of the position is to support a hygienic and organized environment that helps protect the club’s reputation and enhances the experience of everyone using the facility.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Inspect rooms and shared spaces to ensure they meet established standards.
- Handle cleaning tools and equipment carefully and report any issues or shortages.
- Inform supervisors about damages, missing items, or any unusual disturbances.
- Respond to reasonable guest concerns and requests in a courteous, patient manner.
- Monitor supplies and restock consumable items when needed.
- Follow health, safety, and company-specific procedures at all times.
