  • Prepare and present proposals, analyses, project plans, and cost models in written or verbal form.

  • Image desktops, install software, apply patches, and map drives to the correct server or network.
  • Perform PC and peripheral moves, additions, and changes, including data migration when required.
  • Carry out routine desktop backups as scheduled or instructed.
  • Provide direct end-user support.
  • Maintain technology security and compliance controls such as encryption, patch deployment, quarterly ID audits, and MAARK1 measures.
  • Support infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, and access points, and involve the relevant IT or vendor teams when necessary.
  • Help create and maintain a secure server environment, including server backups and routine preventive maintenance.
