Role overview

Inizio Engage works in partnership with a leading biotechnology organization to support an innovative migraine treatment portfolio. The company is hiring a results-oriented Field Operations Manager to guide a distributed group of Field and Virtual Service Representatives supporting this program. The position combines people leadership with active field involvement to help ensure commercial plans are carried out consistently across territories.

What you’ll do

• Build, hire, coach, and manage a dispersed team of Field and Virtual Service Representatives.
• Spend time in the field through rides and ride-alongs to review customer interactions, reinforce key messages, provide live coaching, and support consistent delivery of program goals.
• Act as the coordination point between field teams, internal teams, and client leadership.
• Track performance against program metrics and work with senior leaders to keep timelines and targets on course.
• Spot operational bottlenecks and put forward practical fixes that improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle onboarding, training, and performance management to keep the team prepared and compliant.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts that strengthen field execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and within required timelines, including time entry, system updates, and reporting summaries.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and all other compliance expectations.

Compensation and benefits

The position offers a base salary range of $91,000 to $169,000 per year. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, internal pay equity, and business requirements.

Travel and work expectations

This role requires regular travel for field coaching and ride-alongs, averaging 20% to 30% depending on the district. Overnight travel is required. The candidate must be able to work independently and use sound judgment when handling escalated issues.
