Role overview
The Remote IT Support Assistant helps end users with day-to-day technical problems, software setup, access-related requests, and general troubleshooting. This position is well suited to someone who wants practical exposure to technology support, remote assistance, and IT operations.
What you will do
- Respond to users who need help with technical issues.
- Work through problems involving software and hardware.
