Role Overview
The Remote Project Coordinator is responsible for helping projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with deadlines, goals, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination of project work and help keep delivery timelines on schedule.
- Follow project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to monitor advancement.
- Prepare and maintain project records, reports, and regular status updates.
- Organize virtual meetings, create agendas, and document next steps and action points.
- Share project updates with relevant stakeholders and follow up with team members as needed.
- Assist with coordinating resources and structuring workflow across teams.
- Keep an eye on risks, blockers, and task dependencies that may affect delivery.
- Provide support to project managers with planning-related and administrative work.
- Make sure information is communicated accurately across remote teams.

Qualifications and Requirements
