About the Organization
AGS Youth Soccer Club is among the largest and quickest-expanding private youth sports organizations in the Greater Toronto Area. The team focuses on delivering enjoyable, engaging programs that help families build memorable experiences in their communities.
Role Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating coach schedules and supporting workforce operations for youth sports programs across Canada. This position calls for strong organization, fast decision-making, and the ability to respond effectively to day-to-day operational changes so that programs continue without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and oversee weekly coaching schedules for multiple programs and regions across Canada.
- Assign staff based on availability, certifications, travel needs, and program requirements.
- Track daily schedule coverage and spot staffing shortages before they affect operations.
- Handle short-notice cancellations, absences, and scheduling conflicts with speed and accuracy.
- Arrange backup staff and make live operational adjustments to keep programs running smoothly.
- Share schedule changes and operational updates with coaches, managers, schools, and partner organizations.
- Keep scheduling data and workforce records accurate and up to date.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and schedule setup for newly hired coaches.
- Partner with regional managers and leadership to improve efficiency and program delivery.

Requirements

- Comfort using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple moving tasks.
- Experience in sports, youth programming, education, or multi-location operations is an advantage.
Compensation
Pay ranges from USD 800 to USD 1,200 per month, with an additional bonus structure.
