What you will do

• Shape, implement, and continually improve operational processes in partnership with senior leadership.
• Guide, support, and coach members of the operations team on priorities, execution, and day-to-day decisions.
• Serve as the main coordination point between sales and program teams to keep communication clear and workflows running smoothly.
• Take ownership of the systems, tools, and infrastructure that support program delivery and broader organizational performance.
• Step in to assist with program execution as needed, including onboarding coordination, account setup, and operational rollout.
• Run operational initiatives such as tool adoption, workflow design, and automation efforts that increase efficiency and scale.
• Spot process bottlenecks across teams and introduce solutions that improve speed, quality, and results.

What the role requires

• At least 6 years of experience in operations, project management, organizational coordination, or a similar area.
• Proven experience leading teams or cross-functional work in a busy, high-change environment.
• Ability to connect sales and program operations so information, priorities, and execution stay aligned.
• Track record of creating, scaling, and documenting operational workflows and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective stakeholder handling and dependable follow-through.
• Excellent organization and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage several projects at once under tight timelines.
• Comfort using tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A structured, detail-focused, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership.
