Accountabilities

• Take charge of the full setup and launch of complex projects across client and internal talent environments, ensuring all tools, workflows, and supporting resources are ready before execution starts.
• Create precise briefs, instructions, and operating procedures so contributors clearly understand expectations and can deliver consistently.
• Coordinate daily execution across several projects at once, keeping clients, talent groups, and internal teams aligned.
• Maintain communication across all stakeholders, responding quickly and resolving issues effectively in changing conditions.
• Monitor delivery performance across quality, throughput, deadlines, and financial measures, ensuring work meets SLA and business targets.
• Spot risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, then put corrective actions in place immediately.
• Improve workflows continuously and help scale effective delivery practices across operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or another demanding, execution-focused environment.
• Proven success handling complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to stay clear and effective in uncertain and high-pressure situations.
• Strong focus on detail, paired with fast execution and solid prioritization ability.
• Ability to build, refine, and proactively improve operational processes.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines with changing priorities and evolving requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into action.
