Sr. Planning Engineer

Role overview

This position is accountable for steering project control and planning work across the Development Project Study lifecycle, specifically through the concept selection and Pre-FEED stages. The role ensures the project stays executable, fully auditable, and transparent, with clear traceability and a strong foundation for handover to the FEED phase by others.

Required experience and capabilities

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the oil and gas sector, including a management background, and is comfortable handling planning tools alongside core project control practices. Prior exposure to the early phases of development studies, especially Select and Pre-FEED, is strongly preferred. The role also calls for strong interpersonal ability to work effectively across different functions and teams.

Educational qualification

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is required.
