Team Member (Reception, Operator & Shift Lead)

BattleKart offers an entertainment experience that blends electric karting with video-game style technology. The venue is looking for committed people to join the team in reception, operator, and shift lead roles. Positions are available in part-time as well as full-time formats at the Leutkirch site.

The role is suited to candidates who enjoy a lively guest-facing environment and want to be part of an innovative concept that focuses on memorable customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and support them throughout their visit so they have a memorable experience.
• Oversee the smooth running of BattleKart sessions in the operator role.
• Take responsibility for shift leadership tasks and help coordinate the team during operations.

Candidate profile

• Interest in technology, gaming, and working with customers.
• Friendly manner with strong communication skills.
• Reliable team-oriented approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• English and French are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is helpful.
