Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ICT project delivery by completing technical tasks within agreed scope, quality requirements, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with service teams and the Project Manager to help deliver business outcomes and project goals.
  • Assist with technical coordination across internal and external suppliers and vendors, including monitoring service levels and performance where required.
  • Serve as a technical contact for assigned workstreams and stakeholder groups, translating technical matters for non-technical audiences.
  • Offer guidance and support to project team members so they can carry out assigned tasks effectively.
  • Recognise technical issues and project risks early, escalate complex matters appropriately, and keep management informed of developing concerns.
  • Handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain a professional approach at all times.
  • Follow local policies and procedures consistently.
  • Stay informed about relevant ICT regulations, standards, data protection requirements, and guidelines linked to the role.
