Role Overview

SP+, part of Metropolis Technologies, uses computer vision and AI to create parking experiences without tickets, kiosks, apps, or credit cards. Drivers simply enter and exit, while the company operates a large parking network across North America and Europe with more than 23,000 team members and over 4,000 locations.

What You Will Do

• Provide a reliable guest experience by handling requests and concerns quickly, solving issues proactively, and keeping communication clear.
• Check each vehicle before parking it and document any visible observations.
• Inform customers about valet pricing.
• Follow traffic regulations and maintain safe driving habits at all times.
• Escalate accidents, safety issues, unusual incidents, and policy breaches to supervisors.
• Stay familiar with local roads, major streets, landmarks, and highways to help guests move through the area smoothly.
• Arrive in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift, on time and prepared to work.
• Remain fully uniformed throughout the shift.
• Support supervisors and managers with other duties as needed.

What You Need

• A valid driver’s license issued by the state, a current address, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Confidence driving manual-transmission vehicles is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work non-standard schedules, including second shift, third shift, and weekends when required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, with valid documentation available if selected.
• The ability to share information accurately and handle customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, including counting and handling U.S. currency, plus understanding short emails, memos, and instructions.
• The ability to follow both written and spoken directions and stay composed when schedules or circumstances change unexpectedly.

Physical Requirements

This role regularly involves standing, walking, and using hands to manage cash and equipment. It may also require occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
