About the role
Snapscale is hiring a meticulous and well-organized Virtual Operations Coordinator to help keep day-to-day workflows running smoothly. The role focuses on task monitoring, project coordination, record maintenance, and reporting. It suits someone who takes initiative, works reliably, and can handle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Work schedule
This is a Monday-to-Friday role with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
Work setup
The position is fully remote and can be performed from home.
Compensation
The take-home pay is up to ₹30,000 per month, with an approximate CTC of ₹41,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Monitor active tasks, requests, and operational work items.
- Keep trackers and internal systems updated with accurate records.
- Check in with internal teams to follow up on pending actions and progress.
- Review task movement and make sure status updates are kept current.
- Coordinate with stakeholders so deliverables are completed on time.
- Raise urgent problems, delays, or roadblocks when needed.
- Create daily and weekly progress summaries and reports.
- Maintain digital folders and operational documents in an organized manner.
- Assist with improving workflows and strengthening process organization.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Solid organization and multitasking capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, trackers, and online work tools.
- Ability to work within set procedures and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred background
- Prior exposure to operations support, customer support, coordination, administration, or back-office work is preferred.
