About the Role

We are seeking motivated admission sales counselors to bolster our enrollment efforts. The position requires interaction with prospective students to understand their career objectives and assist them throughout the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out and follow up with potential candidates via assigned digital leads.
Convert leads into completed applications successfully.
Respond to queries from candidates and provide precise information about programs.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions within the CRM system.
Organize periodic follow-ups to sustain candidate engagement.
Meet set targets and conversion benchmarks consistently.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship.
Must be able to start between July 28, 2026 and September 1, 2026.
Availability for a 2-month internship duration is required.
Relevant skills and interest in sales and communication are essential.
Fresh graduates or job seekers without ongoing education are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

Monthly stipend ranges between ₹13,000 and ₹20,000, composed of fixed pay (₹8,000 to ₹10,000) plus incentives (₹5,000 to ₹10,000).
Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹450,000.
Work schedule includes flexible hours and a 5-day work week.
