Human Resources Intern (Part-Time, Remote)

Internship Overview

Join Build Your English as a Human Resources intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This role allows you to leverage your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and written English to support various HR functions and contribute meaningfully to the organization's talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, screening candidates' resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Maintain and organize comprehensive employee records and documentation efficiently.
• Assist in onboarding processes by managing the induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate training and development programs.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and event planning.
• Conduct research on human resources best practices and industry standards to enhance department operations.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR department as needed.

Applicant Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely from home during the internship period.
• Should be able to commence the internship anytime between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
• Commitment for the complete duration of 2 months is required.
• Candidates must have relevant skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and strong written English abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 1000 to INR 1001.
