Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls targeting HR, Admin, Procurement, and Travel teams to present our corporate lodging and serviced apartment services.
• Arrange meetings between potential corporate clients and the Business Development team.
• Manage inbound and outbound queries related to hostels and accommodation options.
• Communicate detailed information about property features, pricing structures, available amenities, and current availability to prospective clients.
• Organize property site visits and follow up persistently until bookings are finalized.
• Maintain detailed documentation of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through courteous communication and timely follow-ups.
• Meet designated daily call quotas and monthly targets for lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Must be able to commence the internship between July 27 and August 31, 2026.
• The internship duration should be three months exactly.
• Candidates must reside in or near the following locations: Karjat, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Dombivli, Kalyan, Mumbai, or Panvel.
• Should possess relevant skills aligned to sales, telecalling, and customer engagement.
• Women re-entering or starting their career are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Details

The position opens immediate opportunity for two interns. Stipend ranges from ₹12,500 to ₹20,000 monthly. Interns will benefit from a supportive workplace with flexible working hours, a casual dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
