Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to act as the key liaison between clients and the internal creative team. This person will oversee multiple client accounts by managing day-to-day communication, interpreting client briefs into actionable plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. The role demands balancing creativity with structure, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining an efficient workflow among various creative departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communications across multiple client accounts.
• Develop and maintain trustworthy, long-lasting client partnerships.
• Convert client needs into thorough briefs for internal teams.
• Organize schedules and monitor project timelines, from kickoff through final delivery.
• Coordinate content production including shoots, approvals, and revisions.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, design, copywriting, and content teams to uphold creative standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or related roles within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
• Strong spoken and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Aptitude for juggling multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in branding, storytelling, design, and social media trends.
