About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Accountant to join a prestigious youth football academy based in Dubai, launched in partnership with a top-tier international football club.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, handle receivables, and process payments to suppliers.
- Maintain VAT documentation and prepare financial reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and prepare month-end financial statements.
- Uphold rigorous financial control procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of professional accounting experience.
- Preferably experienced with accounting practices in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and effective communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary between AED 6500 and AED 8000, including assistance with visa and medical insurance coverage.
