Role Overview

The position of Admissions Advisor is a full-time remote role focused on assisting prospective clients and referral sources through the admissions journey for Rehubs’ online treatment offerings. Primary duties involve handling inquiries, performing initial consultations, outlining program details and entry criteria, and guiding individuals and families toward understanding their options. The role requires assessing client needs, liaising with clinical and support teams, and ensuring precise admissions documentation.

Additionally, the Admissions Advisor will establish and nurture relationships with employers, insurers, and referral networks, maintaining high standards of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism. Responsibilities also include monitoring admissions data, communicating follow-ups clearly, and contributing insights to enhance the admissions process.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in the addiction sector is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and general communication skills to sensitively engage with individuals seeking assistance.
• Strong customer service capabilities, including timely responses, management of inquiries, and delivering clear, supportive guidance.
• Sales aptitude for consultative discussions, articulating program benefits, and aiding prospective clients in decision-making.
• Educational skills to simplify complex information and assist clients in understanding treatment pathways.
• Experience in admissions, counseling, behavioral health, or allied fields is advantageous.
• Ability to function autonomously in a remote work environment, manage multiple cases, and proficiently use digital tools and CRM software.
• Committed to non-judgmental support, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining confidentiality when working with individuals impacted by addiction.
• Preferred but not essential: relevant education in counseling, psychology, social work, or related areas, depending on experience.
