Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant

About the Role

TalentPop App is looking to hire a highly motivated Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central marketplace activities. This remote full-time position is ideal for someone experienced in Amazon operations who values organization, data-driven decision-making, and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance all Amazon product listings by optimizing titles, bullet points, and A+ content to maximize visibility and sales conversions.
• Track and analyze important metrics such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates; prepare weekly performance updates.
• Efficiently manage inventory for both FBA and FBM channels to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Submit cases to Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues, clarify policies, and maintain account health.
• Perform competitor analysis and keyword research to spot product opportunities and increase listing exposure.
• Manage customer feedback, monitor product reviews, and maintain strong Amazon Brand Health.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum one year of direct experience working in Amazon Seller Central environment.
• Solid understanding of Amazon's policies, ranking algorithms, and best practices for listing optimization.
• Experience with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is advantageous.
• Demonstrated analytical skills capable of handling complex datasets and inventory management.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting effective listing content and professional correspondences.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously under deadline-driven conditions.

Technical Setup Needed

• Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor.
• Stable internet connection with upload and download speeds no less than 25 Mbps.
