Architect (m/f/d) LPH 4-7

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Architect to independently manage projects within performance phases (Leistungsphasen) 4 to 7. The role is based in Pielenhofen near Regensburg and offers 30 to 40 hours per week in a full-time or part-time flexible arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle architectural projects in phases LPH 4 to 7.
• Prepare and coordinate approval and execution plans.
• Develop constructive details and practical implementation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with specialist planners, authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in tendering, bid evaluation, and contract awarding processes.
• Maintain structured control of plan versions, listings, and project documentation.
• Ensure internal coordination and quality assurance of plans.
• Opportunity to assist with site supervision projects upon interest.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in architecture.
• A minimum of three years relevant professional experience, preferably in phases 4 to 7.
• Confident in preparing approval and execution plans.
• Strong understanding of construction details and detail planning experience.
• Experience independently collaborating with specialist planners.
• Knowledgeable in tendering and contract awarding.
• Proficient in using Allplan software.
• Organized in handling plans and documentation management.
• Interest in renovation, timber construction, natural materials, and ecological building methods.
• Independent, meticulous, and responsible working style.
• Excellent command of German in both spoken and written form, minimum C1 level, essential for project communications and documentation.

Employment Conditions
