About the Role
Join a reputable and expanding construction management company that operates multiple offices across the Greater Boston region, including the South Shore, the Route 95 corridor, and downtown Boston. This organization boasts a strong pipeline of projects and is actively expanding. They seek an Assistant Project Manager who is enthusiastic about advancing their career within a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in overseeing projects from the preconstruction phase through to completion.
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and all pertinent project documentation.
- Coordinate efforts among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and monitoring of project costs.
- Help with financial reporting, forecasting, and contract administration related to projects.
- Participate in project meetings, facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Contribute to ensuring projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and meeting quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience working with a general contractor or within construction management.
- Familiarity with commercial, healthcare, life sciences, institutional, multifamily, or public construction projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline is favored.
- Demonstrate strong skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
- Experience using construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or equivalents is advantageous.
- Motivated and eager to grow into a Project Manager role.
