Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in decision-making while leading and motivating your team through excellent communication and a positive attitude, fostering strong team spirit and success.
• Identify individual talents and growth opportunities within your team members and guide them through tailored training programs.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store operations to guarantee seamless processes, contributing to achieving budget and company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Team to ensure compliance with brand standards and optimize sales floor presentation and revenue generation.
• Utilize company guidelines and innovative in-house technologies to maintain efficient product flow and present merchandise attractively.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and embodying the company’s core values.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working with numbers; strong analytical abilities to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to retail.
• Empathetic leader who understands team members' needs and motivates them to excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and communicative prowess to manage varied situations effectively.
• Several years of leadership experience in retail, enabling quick adaptation to internal structures and processes.
• Passionate about fashion trends and designers, with a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in both German and English to navigate our diverse, international team environment smoothly.
