About STS Verification International GmbH
STS Verification International GmbH ("SVI") is a specialized firm providing third-party verification services for structured finance transactions, focusing on securitisation across Europe. Established in 2004 as a fully owned subsidiary of True Sale International GmbH (TSI), SVI is backed by major German and international banks from private, public, and cooperative sectors. SVI ensures that securitisation transactions fulfill STS ('simple, transparent, standardised') criteria outlined in Articles 18 to 26e of the Securitisation Regulation. This role combines regulatory compliance, legal and data analysis, and collaboration with financial institutions such as banks and leasing companies. Since 2019, SVI has verified over 380 transactions throughout Europe, including ABCP, non-ABCP, and synthetic balance sheet securitisations across various asset classes, earning a strong reputation for professionalism and reliability.
