Barista

About the Role

The Barista will be stationed at the coffee shop located within the Grand Hyatt Kochi premises. The primary duty involves preparing and serving beverages according to the established menu standards while ensuring guests experience a warm and inviting atmosphere in a clean setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve and prepare coffee and other beverages following the hotel's menu guidelines.
• Fulfill guest orders efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and cleanliness of the coffee shop area at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• At least two years of experience working in hotel operations is required.
• Strong customer service skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
