Role Overview
We are searching for an ambitious and entrepreneurial early-career sales professional to join our EMEA Business Development team. As a foundational member, you will play a crucial role in shaping our outbound sales strategies, influence product development, and drive business growth, all while enjoying a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new Mid-Market clients within the EMEA region. This role offers you the chance to build a strategic sales pipeline, incubate sales methodologies, and partner closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to promote regional campaigns. We prioritize internal advancement and provide clear career trajectories for sales professionals, including progression toward Account Executive positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain thorough knowledge of Notion's platform and market competition.
- Design and deploy targeted outbound campaigns with customized, multi-channel outreach tailored to your region.
- Collaborate jointly with marketing stakeholders on regional initiatives and campaigns.
- Employ proven sales tactics to engage prospective customers and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate customer and sales data within our CRM systems.
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and define outbound sales motions.
- Take ownership of pipeline generation techniques and strategic prospecting methods.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge aimed at transitioning into an Account Executive role to deliver personalized product demonstrations.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in both English and Polish at a business level.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong capabilities in cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
- A competitive yet cooperative approach and a team-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development.
- A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives.
- A positive mindset with resilience towards challenges and comfort with ambiguity.
- While deep AI expertise isn’t required, a curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness is expected.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary structure, including both base pay and performance-based incentives. The estimated target total earnings for this position are approximately €70,000 annually, subject to factors such as location, role scope, and candidate experience.
