Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas including customer spaces, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff zones, and the exterior premises
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties in accordance with established standard operating procedures
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning equipment following correct protocols
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
• Report any maintenance or pest control concerns promptly to the duty manager
• Engage with customers courteously by greeting, thanking, and bidding farewell
• Undertake all required inductions, role-specific training, and refresher courses to support continuous improvement

Working Hours
