CNC Programmer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to independently create and manage CNC programming for diverse machining tasks within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working on tool room jobs, prototypes, and production components to achieve precise manufacturing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop CNC programs tailored to various machining operations.
• Create programs specifically for tool room applications, such as prototypes, fixtures, dies, jigs, and mass production parts.
• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, including GD&T information and component specifications.
• Choose appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and secure work-holding methods to optimize processes.
• Set up CNC machines effectively and fine-tune them for desired quality standards and throughput.
• Identify and resolve machining issues by revising programs when necessary.
• Ensure manufactured components meet defined tolerance requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Regularly monitor machine operations and recommend workflow improvements.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly remuneration between 30,000 and 40,000 INR.
