Role Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the entire construction process of buildings, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily work schedules and activities for the construction site.
- Manage and supervise labor teams effectively to ensure productivity and safety.
- Oversee material procurement, handling, and ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate resources and workflows to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
