Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Courier to ensure the safe, accurate, and punctual collection and delivery of packages while verifying contents and providing excellent customer care. The role requires adhering to scheduled routes and maintaining package security throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute package pick-ups and deliveries safely, following assigned routes and time constraints.
• Confirm order accuracy by scanning and checking packages during collection and drop-off.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and ensure all packages are securely packed.
• Promptly communicate any issues such as delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or incorrect addresses.
• Carry out additional tasks as required by the company.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence is mandatory.
• Holding an LF Forklift (High Risk) Licence is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 12 months of professional driving experience.
