Position Overview
This long-term contract role calls for a Creative Project Manager who will oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across multiple accounts. Beyond coordination, this role demands full ownership of the creative workflow and client engagement, ensuring seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment alongside both internal teams and external agency partners. You will report to the Heads of Project Management and proactively manage risks and bottlenecks to maintain smooth project operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily management of creative project delivery across various accounts, acting as the main liaison with clients.
- Supervise the entire deliverable process, including internal and client review cycles, revisions, approvals, and finalization.
- Conduct or co-facilitate weekly meetings with creative collaborators and oversee communication flows among all teams.
- Provide timely and accurate project updates to clients and partners primarily through Slack and Email.
- Perform final quality assurance on creative assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, promotional calendars, briefs, and meeting notes before client submission.
- Maintain meticulous project task records, resources, and documentation in ClickUp and shared drives for team transparency.
- Manage daily project task hygiene, including creating templates, setting dependencies, and ensuring completion of all necessary fields within ClickUp.
- Identify and flag project risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays proactively to prevent timeline impacts.
- Assist in operational improvements by refining management processes and templates as capacity allows.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project management roles, with agency or internship background considered beneficial.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Adept at navigating ambiguous situations by asking insightful questions.
- Eager to grow professionally within an entrepreneurial and dynamic work atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Commitment to fostering inclusivity, integrity, and team cooperation.
- Comfortable with technology and rapid adoption of tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and ClickUp (experience with Frame.io and Figma is a plus).
Terms and Benefits
- This is a contract role offering $20 to $30 per hour, with compensation contingent on skills and experience.
- Work commitment ranges from 20 to 25 hours weekly, with possibilities to increase to 40 hours.
- The position is fully remote; however, candidates working within North American time zones (PST, CST, or EST) are preferred.
- Candidates must provide a reliable personal computer or laptop.
