About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Administration Specialist to join our People & Culture (P&C) Location Operational Services (LOS) team in Sydney. This role is fundamental to maintaining data accuracy and supporting operational excellence in HR and P&C services, contributing to strategic decisions and business success through reliable data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage P&C data administration activities ensuring compliance with service level agreements and guaranteeing data accuracy and promptness.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives, programs, policies, and services within the P&C function through effective data operations.
- Provide precise and timely data services for payroll, recruitment, and learning delivery to maintain consistent and quality data.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardize the delivery of P&C data administration to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize expertise in data and database management to secure and maintain HR information systems.
- Employ digital tools and technology to enhance data administration delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance procedures to validate data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and sustain cooperative stakeholder relationships, particularly with the P&C Centre of Expertise, to ensure successful implementation of P&C strategies.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-focused, and thrives in dynamic work environments. You should have in-depth experience with HR data systems, be passionate about improving processes, and committed to maintaining data precision and compliance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in data administration, HR administration, or related fields with progressive responsibility in P&C data management.
- Proven ability to execute P&C data tasks accurately and within timelines.
- Strong knowledge of data management, database administration, and quality assurance standards.
- Experience aiding the launch of new P&C initiatives and programs through data support.
