Data Analyst

About the Role

We are collaborating with a global financial technology leader to secure a motivated and experienced Data Analyst. This position is an 18-month contract based in Alpharetta, GA, requiring onsite presence three days per week. The hourly wage ranges from $45 to $50 on a W2 basis. Please note, the opportunity is not available for sponsorship or through third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of legacy database systems to map data flow and ensure seamless integration with new production platforms without causing disruptions.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements and operational guidelines to steer database development and maintain exceptional data quality standards.
• Create and implement thorough testing procedures along with acceptance criteria to confirm database modifications and files meet stringent accuracy standards.
• Serve as a liaison between multiple departments to address, coordinate, and resolve data quality concerns impacting clients.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in business intelligence, data modeling, or statistical analysis, with a focus on assuring data quality.
• Strong expertise in database manipulation and analytics using SQL, SAS, ETL processes, or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Python programming is an added advantage.

Additional Information
