About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for a Data Analyst position based in Greater Milwaukee. The key focus of this role is to analyze existing manual workflows, identify areas for enhancement, and drive process improvements using tools like Excel and VBA. The role involves defining the scope of problems, critically assessing potential solutions, and contributing to operational excellence and strategic growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Examine current manual processes to locate opportunities for improvement.
• Clearly determine problem boundaries and carefully evaluate possible solutions.
• Create and implement process improvement strategies, often utilizing Excel and VBA programming.
• Promote operational excellence and influence the company’s future strategic direction.
• Support the expansion and success of a growing organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical capability with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in composing queries, generating reports, and effectively presenting findings.
• Advanced skills in SQL.
• Experience with VBA or similar programming for automation.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable.
