Role Overview
The Caregiver Entry Associate I plays a crucial role by ensuring accurate and timely entry of caregiver payroll information. Responsibilities include entering and verifying caregiver documents, resolving discrepancies through interdepartmental cooperation, and maintaining detailed caregiver records. The role demands keen attention to detail, communication prowess, effective prioritization in a dynamic environment, and dedication to compliance with legal and policy standards. Qualifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is preferred
- Ability to pass background checks successfully
- Dependable internet access necessary for remote work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with multitasking capability
- Reliable and adept at problem-solving
- Team-oriented with collaborative work approach
Core Responsibilities
- Input caregiver payroll documents accurately and promptly
- Verify completeness and accuracy of documents, requesting further data as needed
- Produce and assess reports, emails, and workload to comply with payroll deadlines
- Update and maintain caregiver records across various platforms and databases
- Work collaboratively with other departments to rectify discrepancies and ensure data quality
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members and external contacts
- Follow all applicable legal, organizational policies and standards
- Effectively prioritize high volume tasks to meet deadlines
- Contribute to a positive team environment and take on additional assigned duties
