Job Summary

The Decision Intelligence Analyst plays a vital role in evaluating and synthesizing complex datasets to produce actionable insights that steer organizational decision-making processes. This role involves applying sophisticated analytical methods such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization to influence strategies across various business units.

Key Duties

• Examine extensive datasets from diverse sources to recognize trends, patterns, and irregularities that assist in business decisions.
• Work closely with different teams to gather business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design predictive models and algorithms to boost decision-making across the enterprise.
• Create and update interactive dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights into key performance indicators for stakeholders.
• Communicate insights and results to management clearly and persuasively using storytelling techniques.
• Carry out routine data audits and quality checks to maintain analytics accuracy and data integrity.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to develop interactive dashboards and reports.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistical methodologies including regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience applying machine learning algorithms to address business challenges and support decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Excellent communication skills capable of delivering complex findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
