Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• At least two years of verifiable driving experience
• Consistent employment background
• Compliance with company motor vehicle record (MVR) and background checks including DOT, CSA, and criminal history
• Previous experience in food or beverage delivery is advantageous
• Capability to lift 20 pounds frequently
• Skill in navigating vehicles safely in tight spaces and heavy traffic

Driving History Requirements

• Drivers aged 18 must show two years of driving history immediately prior to the motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• Drivers aged 19 must present at least one year of driving history before the MVR evaluation
• A learner's permit period, if officially documented, can count towards driving history; unlicensed drivers are not accepted

Driving Record Standards

• No more than two driving-related infractions (e.g., speeding, failure to obey signals, careless driving, seat belt violations) in the two years preceding the MVR
• No more than three violations in the past three years
• No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years

Disqualifying Violations

• Leaving the scene of an accident
• Hit and run offenses
• Reckless driving
• Driving-related offenses involving drugs or alcohol
• Vehicular homicide or assault
• Illegal racing or exhibition driving
• Evading police or attempting to elude law enforcement
