Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to provide superior customer service and promote H&M products effectively.
• Take ownership of your store and department's performance by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, setting targets, and implementing plans to maximize results, profitability, and inventory management.
• Oversee team scheduling, ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and talent development fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.
• Keep abreast of fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to sustain competitive advantage.
• Maintain a positive brand image through all customer interactions.

Collaborative Environment

As part of the diverse store team, you will work alongside roles such as Sales Advisors, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and others to create an inspiring shopping experience. Collaboration extends to the wider Area Team, sharing insights and strategies for collective success.
