DevOps Expert

Role Overview

As a DevOps Expert reporting directly to the Head of Digital Infrastructure, you will play a foundational role in establishing a cutting-edge digital infrastructure team within the private banking sector. This position offers the rare chance to build a state-of-the-art technological infrastructure from the ground up, influence organizational processes, and shape the team's culture. You will collaborate closely with leadership to develop an advanced platform alongside a robust industrialized Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement containerization infrastructures leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters to ensure high performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Create and uphold CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI for seamless integration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for efficient deployment and infrastructure management.
• Establish container governance policies focused on security and vulnerability management.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and documentation support to development teams.
• Champion DevOps practices to foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Formulate DevOps strategies that align with long-term platform objectives.
• Continuously enhance development, deployment, and operational processes for better efficiency.
• Facilitate team training initiatives to promote autonomy and proactive problem-solving.
• Encourage open communication channels and collaboration to avoid functional silos.
