E-Commerce Rental Website Executive

About the Role

Gem Fashion Studio is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Rental Website Executive to oversee and expand our online rental platform based in Mumbai. This full-time position involves comprehensive management of the rental website including product listings, order processing, customer communication, inventory coordination, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rental website ensuring smooth functionality.
• Maintain and update all product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and rental guidelines.
• Monitor and verify product availability and website performance metrics.
• Handle rental bookings, respond to customer inquiries, and manage order workflows.
• Liaise with inventory and warehouse teams for timely product dispatch and returns.
• Track rental orders, deposits, and schedule returns accurately.
• Enhance product pages through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve search visibility.
• Manage promotional activities such as discounts and featured listings.
• Analyze website data and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams on SEO, social media presence, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure excellence in customer experience from booking to product return.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategies.
• Write SEO-friendly product descriptions and blog content.
• Implement On-Page, Technical, and basic Off-Page SEO practices including backlink building and domain authority improvements.
• Work alongside web developers to resolve SEO-related website issues.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking and insights.

Job Details and Conditions

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required in e-commerce or website management.
• Monthly salary ranges between INR 20,000 and 28,000 in hand.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Employees will have four Sundays off per month.
• Salary proof such as salary slip or bank transaction statement along with an experience letter is mandatory for application.
