Enablement Program Manager

About the Role

This role is for an Enablement Program Manager located in the United States, representing a partner company. The manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing learning programs that empower go-to-market teams to improve business outcomes. This position blends instructional design, program management, system enhancement, and cross-team collaboration to create scalable enablement solutions across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable training initiatives utilizing modern instructional design principles.
• Create role-specific enablement content such as certifications, playbooks, sales materials, messaging frameworks, mock interactions, and objection-handling guides.
• Oversee and enhance Learning Management Systems to ensure training materials are well-organized, accessible, engaging, and effective.
• Resolve issues with enablement platforms and streamline systems, workflows, and processes for smooth program delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into influential learning solutions.
• Support sales, account management, and partnership teams by producing resources that improve customer engagements and drive results.
• Utilize data from tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and other enablement platforms to assess program effectiveness, detect gaps, and implement improvements.
• Lead enablement projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables independently.
• Regularly review and enhance programs, processes, and tools to increase scalability and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in enablement, learning and development, instructional design, or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems.
• Proven track record crafting sales enablement content, including presentations, playbooks, messaging strategies, and training tools.
• Strong instructional design capabilities with a portfolio showcasing engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Experience supporting sales, account management, partnerships, or customer-facing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills, capable of influencing across multiple groups.
• Familiarity with business and communication platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, or equivalents.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solution-focused mindset with robust problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology sectors.
• Knowledge of enablement platforms like Highspot or Gong.
• Background in hospitality, travel, marketplace, or similarly customer-oriented industries.
• Ability to quickly adapt and perform effectively in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
