Program Overview
The HVAC Cooperative Training Program is a comprehensive six-month development initiative aimed at engineering students to bridge theoretical knowledge with industry practice. This program advances through structured phases covering HVAC fundamentals, system design, field operations, maintenance, and commercial practices. Trainees will benefit from hands-on experience across multiple departments with the guidance of professional mentors and active participation in real projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year enrollment in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or 3.5 on a 5.0 scale.
- The training must be a mandatory component for graduation.
- Possession of intermediate to advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will acquire practical and employment-ready expertise in HVAC system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Additionally, the program offers insights into business operations and customer-centric solutions, effectively preparing trainees for careers in HVAC and engineering fields.
